Shipping

Shipping charges apply, and they are based on which delivery method is available for your recipient’s zip code.
We ship our products to destinations within the US, only to valid addresses. We currently use the shipping services of United Parcel Service (UPS) and United State Postal Service (USPS).

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:

• Saturday delivery
• Delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Offices.
• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico cannot be sent using UPS Ground service.

For international orders you must choose INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL PARCEL POST. International orders transit time may be longer than expected due to your country's customs procedures and regulations. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties and charges. All shipping charges may or may not include handling charges. Because it is beyond our control, www.shopmionline.com can not be responsible for lost packages on international orders. We recommend that international orders be insured. Please E-mail us to info@mittmi.com requesting international insurance rates so that we may provide you with the additional costs.

Processing Time

Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day (pending product availability and credit card approval) if ordered before NOON EST. After Noon EST they will ship the next business day.

• Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day

• Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Mittmi Label will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.

Gift cards will be emailed separately, even when you purchase other merchandise as part of the same order.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Information

Full price and sale merchandise can be only be exchange for the same item in different size upon availability.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Personalized or monogrammed merchandise cannot be returned. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Upon receipt of exchanged goods, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Shiping Errors or Damaged Products

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it at our expense. Mittmi Label will provide a pre-paid USPS shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Mittmi Label via email at info@mittmi.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at info@mittmi.com

Gift Returns

If you would like to exchange merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on www.shopmionline.com you may exchange the merchandise for a Mittmi Gift Card, but no returds will be issued. You will receive credit, you can use it towards any other merchandise upon availability. Please indicate your choice via email at info@mittmi.com.

Mittmi by Danittza Label Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Returning an Item Purchased with Gift Card

The standard Mittmi Label return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Mittmi Gift Card.
If you used a credit card in addition to a Mittmi Label Gift Card to pay for your order, we will issue a credit for the total amount.

Refunds

Mittmi Label will only exchange merchandise according to our policies outlined above and will not issue a full refund.
We will charge a $7.00 fee when you use our pre-paid return label. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.

Price Adjustments

We don’t have any price adjustments.

Cancellations

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
